I think part of the fun with the X-files is that you don't get the answers, enabling the plots to keep twisting like spastic snakes
without losing their common face. I haven't seen the movie, but I've heard about the end of it, makes you wonder how much Scully needs to see before being able to go with Mulder's
ideas at least once. Her mind must have some quite heavy filters against some things ...
