Sen kväll med Luuk has been moved, somewhat improving the television-balance between the days of the week. It now starts 22.45 on Thursdays instead of on Tuesdays. Quite an improvement, most Fridays we start really late ...
Tried wall climbing, you know, up a wall with lots of odd-looking grips scattered about, yesterday. The climbing took place in Örebro's old water tower, which has no heating of its own ... The guys running the place has to use a generator using some 12 litres of diesel per hour to get some heat into the old stone tower, but it was still well below normal room temperature in there. It wasn't really unitl you started climbing their highest wall, some 17 metres, that you suffrerd from the cold in any way. Once you got up a bit on that wall, your hands started getting cold. By the time I gave up, not far from the top, I couldn't feel my fingertips. But that's just a minor issue, otherwise it was great trying it. A nice opportunity to realize just how little strength you have in your arms ...
We had a really intensive snowfall this afternoon. If not cats and dogs, it was at least snowing the occasional hamster. Only went on for about twenty minutes or so, but at least ten of those I had to spend outside waiting for the bus. The snow had also teamed up with some pretty strong wind to really get through your clothes. Hard winds, lots of snow and two degrees plus. Sometimes, nature outdoes itself in strange weather ...
