My brother and I saw Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels today. Cool movie with a good end, of sorts. You could say it's something like Pulp Fiction in style without lying. But I think the story of this movie is even better, it twists and turns and still it manages to wrap everything up in the end. Also, everyone is British instead of American, a very large plus ...
Anyway, the movie ended around 20:30, which happened to be the same time as the bus left for home. It was raining heavily, the wind was in our faces and it was forty minutes to wait for the next bus. So we walked, all five-or-something kilometres. Took us about forty minutes, so we got home earlier than we would have had we waited for the bus. We got soaked and cold but, hey, we saved almost twenty crowns on bus tickets! Aren't you supposed to get depressed or annoyed or something when you walk around in the rain without a raincoat or an umbrella? It didn't work on us at any rate (give us our money back! ;-), we even dared to make fun of it ... I kept waiting for a tidal wave or something to punish us, but it never came.
