One day left in school before a week of holiday, featuring our traditional trip to Grövelsjön for a week of skiing. Don't expect any updates during that time, if there actually is someone looking for updates of this page ... Hopefully there will be a bit more snow there than here ... I'm currently recording a tape to listen to in the car on the way there and home. the trick is to get each side as full as possible without having the last song being suddenly interrupted by the tape ending. You have to calculate the length of each song carefully, and then make a good guess about how much extra space there is on each side. A whole science just waiting for you to get into it ...

One of the guys in my German class said that numbers are only for bragging about. I think he's got a point in some ways ... When our German teacher gave back our latest tests she spent fifteen minutes going on about how disappointed she was of the results and what could have been the reason. Then she added that she didn't want to depress us. Thanks ...

Next: recreation: windows
A late evening or night open window can be enjoyed at most temperatures, especially when combined with some music. Just cook follow this recipie;
Turn all the lights off, close the door and open the window. Let the cool wind blow in, carrying the scent of rain. Watch the curtains and shadows moving. Play Kent's Elvis on the stereo.

Enjoy.

I do ...

Boy, it's hot in this room! Perhaps I should open a window?
