20/9
One week to go (to what? See the official statement close to the end of the entry of 17/9) ...
Still seven HTML-files to go too, better come up with a few more pages soon ...
I think autumn qualifies as my favourite season. Days are warm enough, yet not too warm, as is sometimes the case in the summer. Nights are often cool or even cold, enabling you the luxury of sleeping in a cool room under thick quilts without waking up in the middle of the night sweating like you've been running in the desert. Earlier sunsets and lower temperatures also enables you to be much more comfortable in front of the computer, without having to endure a lot of nonsense about going out in the sunshine ;-). Plus nature takes on a lot of colour and produces lots of fruit and berries, putting the season above spring on the list. Spring has its points too of course, but it'll have to give way anyway. I'm no big fan of 25+ temperatures ...
Last day to apply for university studies starting spring 2000 is October 15. Perhaps I should try to make up my mind before then ... Of course, it only has a point if mankind survives the change of millennium :-) ... Perhaps we shouldn't put too much faith into a race which manages to create a problem like that for itself ...
