3/1

First entry of the year, three days into it, gee ... Spent much of yesterday finishing No-One Lives Forever and thought today would mean digging down in Sacrifice. What I didn't take into account was that I'd be spending eight hours at Henrik's place :-) ... First few hours working on our nice little analysis exercise. Then playing three rounds of Guardians, very nice! Left all my cards there too, see if he can come up with something cool ... Once again it's too bad Guardians isn't being produced anymore, think I have yet to meet someone who has played but not liked it ... Just don't understand why it didn't do better (or, understand but don't want to accept :-) ... Left Henrik's too late to be able to find an open store selling stamps, so I guess I won't get your mail posted until tomorrow Bonnie. What a defeat ...

On a positive note, they've finally got the bicycle roads in order (the snow away from them that is). On a negative one, it's been four degrees plus and rainy all day. Got to love our weather ...

143 diary entries last year, compared to 99 in 1998 and 1999 together. Don't think I'll be increasing like that this year (not enough days available :-). Will soon reach 500 files anyway, have 493 right now. 2000 was a good year for diary entry length and frequency in all. 2000 was a pretty nice year in general. Full-time work in the summer, university studies in the autumn and feeling quite comfortable with both. Still ain't a full-fledged C++-programmer though, and still don't have a place of my own to live :-)... One thing at a time, don't think I've fared bad from beginning studies first and moving later, think it's been good to be able to settle into one thing at a time (just hope I get an apartment sooner or later!).

This has felt like a very short day, just an hour left of it now. Strange how your concept of time can get confused at times. Think I'll go to bed now, got to be alert enough to remember getting stamps tomorrow ...
