Slept until 12 today. Didn't know before late yesterday ICQ chats could run out of buffer space if they got long enough :-) ... Because of this, combined with a visit to Kristofer during which I really managed to piss Windows ME off by trying to install LiteStep, I didn't get much schoolwork done yesterday. Feels good that I've made up for that today. Have read everything needed for the coming week and done most of the exercises, and the day isn't over yet. So, after that I thought I could spend some time downloading the famous Halo movie (158 mb :-) and updating this a bit. Saw the movie from MacWorld as well. Phrases like "Everything you'll see here is rendered in realtime on a Mac using OpenGL" always make me smile :-) ...
The majority of the family is watching the handball WC final in the next room, it still amazes me how sport events manages to grab people. Sweden versus France in this case. Nothing else makes them scream, yell and groan at the top of their lungs like that ... Oh well, at least there are still some sane elements in the family :-) ... Still, I might have a quick peek to see how it ends ...
Scenes of anger and disappointment in the living room, 22-22 after full time! And they say computer nerds need to get lives, oh my :-) ... Extended time has begun ... Sounds bad right now ... Hehe, we lost, depressed voices leak through. That's what they get for putting phones off destroying my connection and downloads ;-) ... Oh well, seems I found a much faster server anyway, guess I'll survive ...
