Finally! Today it's just 20 degrees or so in the shadow, and it rains pretty hard on and off. Lovely! And last night I actually felt really cold after sitting here with the window open! Isn't it wonderful when the weather finally turns the way you want it to?

Apart from that I'm getting a hold of myself and looking at my current Snarl-up stuff seriously for the first time in ages. It feels like I'm getting somewhere again, wheee! Mustn't be distracted by other things, mustn't ...

More fantastic events: got around to buying a used bike on Monday. Looks like the kind that has lasted long in good shape and will last even longer with little or no maintenance. Just the type I need. Not as cheap as I thought a bike looking like that would be, but I think it'll pay off well (plus it should be much more safe from stealing than a better looking bike).

Aha! There's the mosquito I killed last night and couldn't find! Trying to hide between the F5 and F6 keys, good thing it didn't make it further down. Off you go to the big graveyard in the waste basket!

Wow, I've had the computer on just about the whole day, and it hasn't locked up even once. Did that defrag strike help? Maybe that recent update of Opera, that's what used to go first, pulling everything else down with it, in my average crash.
