Wednesday, one day closer to the examination. After yesterday's library session things didn't feel good at all, the feeling of knowing way too little for comfort struck with some force. After today's session it somehow went away again though. Bought exam candy, lots and lots as usual, this might have been part of the reason for the worries lessening. That and the fact that it's Gustav's birthday. Birthdays always improves the mood, don't they? Anyway, bought my candy, then went home and experienced complete retro happines by playing Populous II and eating mint chocolate :-). Also we've had some beautifully sunny spring weather the last few days. Wonderful, but a bit cold once you get into any kind of wind ...
Yesterday included a first for me: the first time I've downloaded an addon for a game I haven't got yet. Actually a game that isn't even out yet, and the download was an additional creature for Black & White. It's feels like a good thing that it won't be released here until Friday next week, that way both this examination and our planned work on shaping up the damn memo will be out of the way when the creatures look this way.
I seem to be gradually sliding away from IE in favour of Opera. Currently, the only issues keeping me from a complete switch are the pain of bookmark transitions (that's a minor one) and a few css issues (like the text on Gamespot being black on black background). Those I imagine I should be able to sort out somehow though, feels like they weren't there a while ago ... Currently, both of these browsers seem to have problems with Hotmail though, which doesn't impress me too much :-) ...
Aha! That fixed the black-on-black-problem!
