Less than a day left before tomorrow (whew, heavy logical thinking!), no more work between me and my birthday. Feels pretty good (more surprising revelations!). Got home early too, about half past one, after about seven hours of work. "The ordinary", the woman I'm working insead of, is working half-time now (she wasn't supposed to start on Monday, that was a case of misinformation). Being two people taking care of the orders makes a world of difference ...
Oh, and I broke a couple of eggs too, but luckily I did it on the loading dock and not inside the store ... Almost felt a bit sorry for the dishcloth I used to wipe it up. I took it out of a new package and started by using it to wipe away some serious dust from various places around the internet shop's cash. Parts of it got very black from it, but that was only the start. I soon proceeded to use it on some spilled milk in a cooler, milk spilled so long ago that it was probably ready to move on its own ... Didn't have the kind of consistency or colour you normally associate with milk ... Then, I added the final touch to the cloth by using it to wipe up the eggs on the loading dock. Bad day for a cloth huh? Sometimes you wish you'd just stayed in your package ...
Anyway, guess what brother hadn't got out of bed yet ... Time is relative, even differs between two people living in the same house ... Well, I for one won't have any problems at all falling asleep tonight, could probably have fallen asleep at work today if I'd let myself. It's pretty fortunate I've got the bicylce ride to wake me up, otherwise I don't know how I'd make it until the morning break ...
