Just saw one of the best gigs of the year or something pretty close on Musikbyrån, Håkan Hellström at Nalen. Sounds like Kent could do if they were from Gothenburg instead of Eskilstuna and in a lot better mood. The lyrics touch and feel real the same way (otherwise there really isn't much in the way of similarities). I was sold right away, even though I've hardly heard a whole song by the man before (everyone else may have, but not me :-). Everything felt so right I'm even doubting the record can come close, it doesn't include kisses from music reviewers and an audience for Håkan to hug.
Forty minutes or so of TV broadcast happiness, must really have been something to be there in person ...
Apart from this it's been a normal day. Henrik and I took a few more relaxed looks at examination questions and did a bit of counting on the points we'd get if we'd have the old examinations. We passed on all of them, even with a bit of margin, which feels very good. I'm not even aiming at repeating my grades from the two earlier examinations anyway, so don't expect anything :-) ... Tomorrow it's the library for a final status check before the examination as usual. May be getting some good habits after all, even if they don't get through the walls of my home yet ...
