Used an i-Mac today, waaay too plastic and toy-like ... And what an icky mouse ... Had a hard time finding the @ too, but that's not strictly just an i-Mac issue ... Nice to know this site looks ok on a Mac too though, text did get smaller but not unreadable.
Got to find a nice present for a certain sister soon, before Friday to be more exact. Had meant to do so today, but constant dripping of cold water from the sky, cold wind and generally unmotivating weather made going straight home a much more attractive prospect than walking between stores in said weather. Good thing it's not Friday tomorrow ...
Got papers about signing up for ADSL today. Doing so will mean bye-bye to my trusty Swipnet mirror but more importantly hello to higher surf speeds and total lack of minute fees ... Anyway, what I'm saying is: change any bookmark pointing here to http://come.to/bjoreman instead. Or, if you need to link to sub-pages https://members.tripod.com/~fbjor is still the same as always (that's where the come.to currently points to).
Perhaps it's a bit over-ambitious to shout this much about a mirror closing down considering how few visitors I really have, but those I've got I don't want to lose ... On that subject, I wonder if Tripod's visitor counter is any good at all, I'm pretty sure it's been reset at least once ... Oh well, no real relevance in it anyway, but the way it looks now it's not even an ego-boost :-) ...
