Got up at half past six for the first time in months and didn't get enough sleep. The reason for this was that a potential employer wanted me to show up at 8:00. So, because of this, I'm feeling a bit more tired than usual right now. But hey, I've got a job! If you live around here, do some online shopping over at http://www.parkhallen.se and chances are I'll be the one taking care of your order. The combination of more money, less time to waste on games and more exercise (Parkhallen is about 10 kilometers away and I go there by bike) will probably do me more good than I like to admit ;-) ... Feels kind of nice all this, but that probably won't stop me from sleeping like a dead rock tonight :-) ...
Won't be able to go to bed very early tonight though, Mortal Kombat starts around 23:20, so tomorrow might just include a pretty late morning ... Previously a film sent that late wouldn't be interrupted by stupid trailer programs embedded in commercials, but it seems MK will be. Makes you want to just go out and rent films instead of suffering the pains of TV 4 ... And to think that just a few years back we thought it would be pretty interesting with a commercial channel ... At least now we realize our mistake, but that's a bit late. Less commercials to the people!
Sure, viewing this site means a banner or two, but at least they don't turn up in the middle of a good movie. Plus they're shorter and easier to get rid of ...
We've got to get a new remote for our main TV so that I can get a reliable clock to compare my own to. I try to keep it a few minutes ahead of actual time, but now I'm not sure what the difference is anymore, and I don't like that. However, now it's definitely past 18:00 and I can update this site safe in the knowledge that fees are now half of what they were five minutes ago. Small things alright, but at least I try to keep my surfing under some kind of control :-) ...
