No lessons today, not getting as much book reading done as I intended either, what a shock ... Bonnie's got schoolwork up to her ears as usual, don't understand how people over there can take it ... Guess they all cut down on living any kind of life but the student's, just like she said. Everyone, don't get it ... Surely, there must be lazy students in Hong Kong too? If they threw that kind of work at us Swedish students we'd all get crushed under the weight. Or perhaps more likely, we'd just drop most of the work and carry on as usual. I have no problems imagining that ...
Tried connecting another pair of speakers to this computer today, used the ones from the 450. Kind of odd choice to have the better speakers with subwoofer behind, but the cable wasn't long enough to have my pair behind ... Sounds nice, but I can't seem to get CD audio from the second pair. Fun to have evil demonic skulls yelling at you from all directions :-) ... Waiting for mom to wake up from her little nap so I can experiment a little more.
Why is the Start button black? I wonder if I have some program installed that messes up icons each time it's started or something, that specific problem never happens on the 450 ... Good thing Tweak UI is around to rebuild the icons whenever needed.
