Was over at Scandisc to get some more information on speaker availability and prices. Can't help but get a good impression of a store where the salesman starts by recommending connecting a stereo instead of buying speakers if I want the best sound ... Also their prices are somewhat lower, should I decide to get computer speakers after all. Net result is I now sit with listening to mp3-music through the stereo's speakers, not as desperate for new speakers anymore :-) ... Still going to look around some more though, surround wouldn't be wrong at all, plus I'm still a bit nervous about large unshielded speakers and monitors less than a meter from eachother ...
Bonuses unlocked by progress are cool things ... Wonder if there's a good way to implement that into RTS games, a way that would carry on to multiplayer as well?
Not getting much school related done today either it seems, feeling you've got things under control isn't good for productivity ... Trying to get our little project started here, Bonnie, but don't feel I'm coming up with anything good yet :-) ...
