It's 21:10, and I feel pretty beat, bit odd for a day of mostly just hanging around. Guess getting up early enough to catch the bus and get in time for a lesson starting at ten had a part in it (requires more time than going by bike). And walking from campus to town can explain why my legs feel a bit more worn than usual (countered any positive effect by stuffing myself full of pizza immediately afterwards :-). And I could of course be picking up the cold everyone else's been walking around with. No matter the reason I feel like I'll sleep well tonight (unless the last explanation kicks in in force of course ...).
Walked over to Sekvencia, in an attempt to finally find out what kind of resolutions and refresh rates I really should expect from my monitor. Figured they, as sellers, should know, even if Philips wouldn't tell me. Anyway, their answer was a maximum resolution of 1280*1024 at a maximum 60 Hz. Guess I should accept that, they ought to know pretty good an all that, if only it wasn't for the fact that I still can go to 1600*900 ... So, with the manual for 107B monitors state a maximum of 1920*1440 (now that's some resolution!), matters remain decisively cloudy ...
Studying really, really hard? Shhh, don't tell anyone about it but the answer today's something of a "no" :-) ... Still, I feel I've got things under control and tomorrow's unscheduled (apart from letting a chimney sweeper in for an inspection). And studying still feels wonderfully different from previous years of experience. It's spelled motivation and interest in the subject I think ... Haven't read ahead in schoolbooks from personal interest in any subject but history before. I think this choice of studies fit me ...
