Snow! Large, featherlike flakes of it fell at a lazy pace throughout the first half of the day. Not enough to cover the geen grass porperly, but enough to make the bicycle roads white and make everything a lot more winter-like. No matter, it didn't stop me from feeling sleepy all day. So now I sit here with a large cup of tea to keep myself from leaning back in a comfortable chair or sofa and doze off completely ... Prehaps I can be excused with the fact that this is the darkest day of the year, from here it will only get brighter until next June. Quite a nice thought, really ... Trying to counter the winter darkness feeling with some Cornershop ...

No matter the weather and investments, there's always something about my bike that really gets to me. Now when there's some snow on the ground it's the fact that the front wheel and front mudguard somehow cooperate to throw all the snow we pass at my feet and legs. I tell you, having my feet covered in snow for half an hour can really tick me off :-) ...

Bought the last Christmas presents today, pretty nice margin ... Seems I get better at this for every year. Probably spend more for each year as well, mostly because I've got more to spend for each year. Like buying a little bit more expensive presents when I'm able to do so. After all, isn't it good use for money you can spare to buy things for people you like? I think so ...

Cornershop hit the spot, followed them up with a shot of Sparkle for good measure. That song still hits the spot every time! Must be my song of the year, without competition.

Feels like I've got such a cramped schedule for the following few days, but it's really mostly in my mind. Now that I've got the gifts sorted out and my few postcards sent things feel much more in control. Still, I wouldn't complain if Parkhallen didn't call on Thursday (Katarina will if there's a lot to do) ... In all, no real worries as long as I use the time available for studying as well as possible (hehehe :-) ... The fact that our Christmas "holiday" isn't even two weeks, first lesson of 2001 is on the fourth, annoys me for real though, stupid sadistic schedule planners ... Some people have until the 22nd to prepare for new challenges ... Oh well, no use trying to rub it in more than necessary I suppose (sigh) ...
