The two main PCs in the house nowadays share one single 56K modem for internet access. Whith this as a dubious motivation I've now set up my email accounts on my computer. No, of course it doesn´t work as it should right away! Got some kind of problem with the port settings and the Snarl-up mail, so I can't connect to the server properly, yet ... What did work though was connecting to and downloading email from Hotmail for storage here instead of on those claustrophobic 2 megabytes offered online. So now I'm having a good time looking through old mail I never took the time re-reading when I had to connect for it.

Realizing I must have been a terribly slow mail-answerer way back in 1997, a few poor people sent messages again and again and I don't think I made any proper replies. But then, Hotmail didn't save sent messages either, so I can try to comfort myself by imagining I did ... Also smiling at those wierd and wonderful messages Martin sent every now and then :-) ... Hey, if you read this and I forget to ask by any other means, shouldn't the story about Sverker be given room somewhere on your site? Wonder what a translation program would do with that text by the way?

Wonder if I ought to drop some of those people a line or two? Would appear completely out of the blue from their view, after three years without contact. That would be very cool ... No guarantee those addresses still work of course, but worth a try. Mine still does after all ...

And there have actually been a few people who've mailed about different things connected to this site over the years. Memo: mail people about their sites more often, always feels as good to get feedback.

And then there's of course the most important mail so far ... On 23:47 May 27, 2000 I got a mail consisting of 17 lines from a very special Bonnie Chan, and life wouldn't be the same without that mail ... So, mail people about their sites, and reply to such emails, it's rewarding!

Oh damn, it's ten minutes into tomorrow already ...
