The introductionary period for us new students is virtually over. Didn't even bathe in the fountain, bad of me? Don't really miss that, apart from not being able to say that I've done it perhaps ...
Thought I'd be pretty stressed today, that I'd do a bit much in the area of rushing between different activities. Initially I was spot on. Took so long having breakfast I was becoming late for the day's lesson. Got there on time, but also way too sweaty, ick ... The back of my shirt was all wet and cold for the rest of the day. Once again it was nice that Parkhallen provides work clothes, all warm and dry ... Then I was suddenly done at Parkhallen and having a lot more free time on my hands than I'd dared to plan on. Lunch at McDonalds (the fries were great this time!) followed and then I even had time to go home and see the re-run of yesterday's Musikbyrån before having a shower and heading back to the campus for the evening.
And a pretty laid back evening it was too. Total consumption was two beers, about one piece of cake (counting on average cake piece sizes) and a cup of tea over at Anna's place, accompanied by american "quality" entertainment. Left around half past nine, meaning to watch or record the film Tic Tac starting at ten.
So I came home relatively early, discovered the brother was just starting the recording of Tic Tac, had some food and then spent more than two hours online, all your fault Anna ;-), on our modem connection. Our modem connection with per-minute fee ... Bad of me! Listened to a realaudio live recording of Breakbeat Era, sound was pretty good and there weren't any pauses even though I browsed and used ICQ at the same time. Actually improved my opinion of our connection a bit ... Still want a real one though, like some people have ...
Just realized the friend list needs a tweak or two. A lot of people are still called classmates, more than a year after student's day ...
Streaming Kent straight into my ears, the clock is creeping toward 02:30 ...
