Mp3

Half a year ago, I had no use for Mp3-music. Our aging P133 could handle playing Mp3 and running Notepad at the same time, or maybe Word if you didn't write anything, but that was about it. However, now that our computer is fast enough to handle Mp3 and something else at the same time, it's nice to be able to listen to music without occupying the CD drive.

Now, what really sets Mp3-music apart from music on CD or so is the players. Imagine having a CD player looking like Sonique ... Perhaps all those dials and stuff would be a bit battery hungry, but wouldn't it still be cool? Speaking of Sonique, apart from a flashier layout than Winamp there's nothing better about it. There are small touches lacking everywhere, together making you stick to Winamp after you've taken in the different layout. Also, Sonique doesn't support different skins :-( ... As far as CD players goes however, one looking like this would be cool. Or perhaps a Minidisc player, so that proportions could be kept to a longer extent ...

As for music taste, I refer to my music page.
