Relaxing

This is important, stress kills people. Take an hour, put a good CD in the stereo. Then close your eyes, lie back and just listen, preferably using a pair of good headphones. Drift away into the music, and leave your body be. You can get that great feeling of floating in space, somewhere below your body in a soft music-filled darkness.

When the music ends, remain still and take a deep breath. Get back to the surface of reality, back behind your eyelids. Start moving slowly, and finally open your eyes again.
