The races of Aleder

Introduction

Humans are the dominant race on Aleder, both in numbers and territory. North of Eth Etyr live the elves, and in the northwest mountains lives another, secretive race. Any other races have yet to be decided, but the world is not intended to be as racially "crowded" as some other creations ...

Humans

As stated above, the human race occupies most of Aleder. All inhabitants of the Eth Etyr are human.

Elves

Little is known about the elves occupying the lands to the north of Velth elt Asteth, and they have never been observed elsewhere. There has been no contact since the treaty after the Elven Wars. Elves are said to be tall, silver-haired and noble people. Elves feature heavily in etyrian folktales, even before the Elven Wars, which further glorified their reputation.
