Monday again. Strange that, they don't seem even half as bad when you don't have to get up early and go to school ... Took a nice, refreshing (and pretty windy) bicycle ride to town and went to the library. Borrowing records there is a good idea, otherwise I'd never sit here listening to David Bowie's Earthling, and then I'd miss a pretty cool record. In a strange coincidence, I also borrowed Millencolin's Life on a plate and listened to Move your car before I went to the kitchen to make lunch and listen to Önska. Guess what song they played half an hour into the program, the first time I've ever heard it on the radio too ...
Also bought juggling balls of my own, so now I don't have to use Gustav's all the time (not that he seems to mind, but anyway ...). It also makes it theoretically possible to learn to juggle with four balls, but only theoretically, mind you ...
On a side street leading to the library there is a backyard about one level above the street surrounded by really cool houses. Balconies, corners, windows, it's all so perfect you want to make it an Unreal level right away. Each time I pass there I wish I had brought our digital camera so I could get a few good pictures to work with. One day I'll remember ...
Speaking of remembering, I've got to go pick Anna up now! Be right back! I'm back (that was pretty fast, right?)!
Saw Nikita, the original French version, yesterday. Nice with non-american action for a change, there are refreshing differences. Like the end being a long way from the typical american ends (and everyone speaking French of course), leaving you without saying every single world about what happens next. Got so annoyed about talk during the credits that I finally sent a mail to TV4 about the problem. It will be interesting to see if they reply, and if so, what they'll say. After all, I may have been just a little bit sarcastic ... To be continued ...
