Another fantastic "random" meeting. Almost frightening to think how easily all this could have avoided happening ... It all started, according to the info in the mail, on May 28th 2000 with an email that was sent on the 27th. All in all 17 lines, counting empty ones as well. Just a little comment after looking at my site. It can really pay to answer emails you get, remember that!
The reply got another reply, and the character streams started flying through the networks with ever increasing sizes. We went through eachother's sites, exchanged the first CDs (MLS!) and sent even more emails. We can talk about anything nowadays, really anything ...
She's in Hong Kong. I'm over here, which means some serious timezones inbetween. Poor thing, staying up to 05:00 just to talk to me. She says she admires me, I think I should do that part, and the other way round :-) ... I admire her way of making the words she writes alive. Can say so much in very little space, you can dive into a paragraph and read, think, read again and find new thought threads and pictures every time. If I could write like that I'd be ... well, her. Which would be kind of odd, since I'm really not. So I guess I'll just enjoy the current situation, even if that's not much of a challenge ...
But especially I like her being her, and nobody else!

We met, we talked, we saw sights and did tons of other great stuff. Read on here for more on the trip. Yes, we get along very well in real life too. So well we'll hopefully be able to meet again before the year is over. Nope, maybe not ... I could say so much more about her/us, but I don't feel any real need to, things are so good the way they are ... Who needs labels anyway?
